The vehicles interior is fitted with leather, partial power seating for driver and passenger, the engine of this car is an authentic Factory Turbo, the engine, brakes and suspension have not been modified, the interior is complete with factory AM FM stereo casette, power windows, sunroof, records, tires have over 95% tread life remaining, factory alloy wheels.The engine starts up with no smoke and warms up to a smoth idle. The A/C blows cold and keeps the car cool. The brakes are in excellent conditon with plenty of pad life remaining. Terms of Sale

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.

Payment Terms:

In order to secure vehicle, successful buyer must within 24 hours of closing send to seller a deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, cash or bank certified funds. Within 5 days of closing, buyer must send balance of funds by wire transfer, cash or bank certified funds to seller. WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WESTERN UNIONS MONEY GRAMS, WIRE TRANSFERS OR OVER PAYMENTS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS DRAWN FROM A BANK FROM OUT OF THE UNITED STATES. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAY PAL PAYMENTS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

Shipping:

All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Luxury MotorCars will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

Licensed Carriers are generally insured. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Luxury MotorCars as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Luxury MotorCars.

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Fees and Taxes:

A $295 Dealer Fee will be charged. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Luxury Motorcars charges a $295.00 Dealer Fee.
